Mr. Hasinger has more than 20 years of professional experience in industry, both in large international enterprises (8 years) and in SMEs/Start Ups (>12 years), of which 6 years entrepreneurial experience in the area of technology- and innovation management as well as university-Industry-cooperation.
As an expert in organizational design, commercial company management, funding, technology marketing and international business development he has amongst others been directly involved into 3 Start-Up companies as a founding partner and further on in his career contributed to set up of a hand full of other companies.
Currently, he is leading his own consulting company, novanda. GmbH, acts as a Venture Partner of AQAL Group, an exponential-tech holding company and multi-family office in Munich, as Managing Director of Green Heritage Holding GmbH and holds further board positions in companies from different technology areas.
Mr. Hasinger studied Business Economics at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich and holds a degree in Marketing Communications from BAW in Munich.

Markus Bodenmeier has been an entrepreneur, investor and venture philanthropist for more than 20 years. Descending from a family of entrepreneurs, Mr. Bodenmeier, started his first building and process automation company while still at university. Within a short time, his company became a global outsourcing partner for large customers such as Infineon, Osram, Siemens, BMW, BHS Corrugated, and Otelo.
In the mid-1990s, Mr. Bodenmeier established the private client banking division for the Reuschelbank, a German private bank. By the year 2000 he became assistant to the CEO of O2 where he was eventually responsible for the merger to British Telecom and the de-merger of BT Mobile, leading subsequently to the IPO. Together with Oracle and PriceWaterhouse Coopers Mr. Bodenmeier founded EvoSource AG, the first European procurement and supply chain software platform with full process integration. EvoSource was eventually sold to Oracle and a Swiss consulting company.
Markus Bodenmeier focuses on business process outsourcing for industrial companies. One of his significant financial successes was the reverse IPO of HPI AG, a leading European industrial service provider in procurement and logistics. Currently, Mr. Bodenmeier’s holding company PSBG is actively invested in several high-tech startups and Eprolog AG, a consulting and procurement company. Mr. Bodenmeier has invested as a venture philanthropist in projects such as Treems, a nature conservation project, and Voycer, a social community platform.
Mr. Bodenmeier graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University Munich and with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with the specialization in Economics from the University Hagen. He was a member of a fellowship program of the Bavarian Eliteakademie (Bayerische Eliteakademie).
Martin Monnerjahn | Technology
Venture Partner [Project Focus]
Mr. Monnerjahn is co-founder and managing director of VALEGO GmbH, a company active since 2009 in the renewable energy sector with main focus on wind energy, small hydro and related businesses. Recently activities have been started in the field of energy storage and grid integration.
Through his activities in the sector over the past 20 years, Martin has obtained a wide range of experience starting from supply chain management and logistics to project development and financing up to business development and wind farm operation.
From 2006 to 2009 Mr. Monnerjahn served as Commercial Director with HANUMAN Energy GmbH with focus on wind energy project development and project acquisition in Italy, Spain, Greece, and Germany.
In 1996, Mr. Monnerjahn joined ENERCON GmbH, a leading wind turbine manufacturer, where he started in the field of international controlling. Later he served as department head for international subsidiaries. There, Mr. Monnerjahn took part with a leading role in the successful international tenders for 670 MW in the province of Valencia (Spain) and 1200 MW in Portugal. He was Member of the Board of Directors of ENERCON (India) Ltd since 2001 and Co-Director of ENERCONPOR – Energías Renováveis de Portugal Ltda till he left the company in 2006.
Mr. Monnerjahn is a qualified banker (Oldenburgische Landesbank AG, former Dresdner Bank Group) and holds a degree in Business Economics from the University of Bremen with studies both in Bremen and Seville (Spain).
Peter Hartschuh | Technology

Mr. Hartschuh is co-founder and managing director of VALEGO GmbH, a company active since 2009 in the renewable energy sector with main focus on wind energy, small hydro and related businesses. Recently activities have been started in the field of energy storage and grid integration.
Through his activities in the sector over the past 20 years, Peter has obtained a wide range of experience starting from wind turbine installation and operation & maintenance to wind assessment and project development up to project acquisition and wind farm operation.
From 2007 to 2009 Mr. Hartschuh served as Technical Director with HANUMAN Energy GmbH with focus on wind energy project development and project acquisition in Italy, Spain, Greece and Germany.
After starting in the industrial furnace industry he joined a GAMESA group company in Argentina in 1997 implementing industrial recycling solutions and getting first insights in wind energy. In the year 2000 the family decided to move to Europe and Mr. Hartschuh joined ENERCON GmbH, leading wind turbine manufacturer. He underwent a thorough technical training and was delegated to Spain first as technical head and customer relation manager. There, he built up the Spanish subsidiary with about 100 employees. Mr. Hartschuh headed the successful international tender for 670 MW in the province of Valencia (Spain) and successfully negotiated contracts with various Spanish customers for more than 1100 MW, i.e. with the Enhol-Group, Acciona, Endesa and Enerfin.
Mr. Hartschuh is qualified electrical technician (Instituto La Salle, Buenos Aires) and holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) / Instituto Tecnológico Buenos Aires (ITBA), Argentina. He grew up in Argentina and Brasil and feels home in Latin America, Spain and Germany.
Dominik Dersch, PhD | Finance

Dr. Dominik Dersch holds 20 years’ experience in the financial and energy industry e. g. risk management, investment banking, asset management and the renewable energy (RE) industry.
Since 2010 he is managing director and founder of Matobis AG a consulting company that focuses on RE investments with a total project volume of more than 9 billion € covering all technologies (PV, On- and Off-shore Wind, Hydro, Solar thermal, Geothermal and Biomass).
Dominik Dersch is subject matter expert on RE financial modeling, risk management, FiT frameworks & policies consulting banks, project developers, governmental agencies and central banks. Since 2004 he is a certified professional risk manager (PRM). He is a former board member of PRMIA globally (2012-2014) and acting regional director of PRMIA Munich.
He has extensive experience in training on risk management (market, credit and operational risk management) and RE finance training for the banking and insurance industry and the government. Previously he has held senior positions in investment banking and asset management (UniCredit), the hedge fund industry (Crux Cybernetics, Australia) and the electricity industry (Integral Energy, Australia). He managed and consulted funds in the amount of more than hundred million €.
Dominik Dersch consulted the Vietnamese Government and central bank on adequate Feed-in-Tariff levels and frameworks on wind energy and Indian governmental agencies on credit risk modeling, financial modeling and financial due diligence of wind and PV investments.
His company was mandated on the financial modeling and structuring of two off-shore wind farms and he developed analysis tools for the Bundesverband Solarwirtschaft (BSW) to evaluate various business models of PV investments like own consumption, direct delivery, and leasing.
Dominik Dersch studied physics, received his doctorate in theoretical biophysics on neural networks and machine learning in Munich and completed a post-doctoral training at the University of Sydney on automated speech recognition. He published many research papers in various disciplines ranging from physics, medicine, machine learning, finance and renewable energy. He is engaged in volunteer work for more than a decade.
